When you place an order with New Baby Hamper, you agree to the terms and conditions set out below. Please read them carefully, as they explain how we accept and process orders, how delivery works, and how we handle your data.

We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only. Some of our delivery services may deliver at weekends. Orders received on a Saturday or Sunday are processed on Monday.

We are closed on Bank Holidays, and orders placed on those days will be processed on the next working day.

Order Acceptance

The contract of sale is formed when we accept your order and start processing it in our studio.

The process is as follows:

  1. When you successfully place an order, you’ll receive an order acknowledgement email confirming we have received it. This is not yet a contract.
  2. Once we begin processing your order, we will send a processing/dispatch email, often including a tracking number where applicable.
  3. At this stage, the contract of sale begins.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order prior to this stage (for example, in cases of pricing errors or stock issues).

Pricing & Product Information

All prices shown on our website are correct at the time of publication.

These prices and listings act as what UK law calls an “invitation to treat”. This means that placing an item in your basket or checking out does not oblige us to sell the item if an obvious error has occurred.

If an item has been listed at an incorrect price:

  • We will contact you before dispatch to let you know the correct price.
  • You can decide whether to proceed or cancel.
  • If you choose to cancel, we will refund any amount you have already paid for that item in accordance with our refund policy.

We may update prices, product descriptions and availability from time to time without prior notice.

Website Accounts

You may check out as a guest or create an account to make future orders quicker and track your purchases. Corporate customers will require an account for access to their extra services.

  • You must provide a valid email address and choose a secure password.
  • Our team cannot see your password. If you forget it, you can reset it via the login page.

You are responsible for keeping your login details safe and for any activity carried out under your account.

Delivery Cut Off

Our standard order cut-off time is 3pm on working days (Monday to Friday).

  • Orders placed before 3pm are processed that same working day where possible.
  • Orders placed after 3pm are treated as if they were placed on the next working day.

Delivery

We aim to provide fast, reliable delivery.

  • We dispatch orders Monday to Friday only.
  • We offer nominated day delivery and weekend delivery services; full details, options and prices are shown on our Delivery Information page.
  • Orders placed after Thursday afternoon, over the weekend or on a Bank Holiday may be subject to a slight delay due to courier schedules.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a dispatch email with your tracking number (where applicable). Delivery times shown at checkout are estimates provided by our delivery partners and are not guaranteed.

Payment Methods

We offer a flexible range of payment methods including:

  • Apple and Google Pay
  • All major Credit and Debit cards (Visa, Mastercard and American Express)
  • Instalments with Klarna - pay in 3 interest-free payments
  • Instalments with Clear Pay - pay in 4 interest-free payments

Buy now pay later services provided by Klarna and Clear Pay are subject to their own terms and conditions, outlined by the provider. We don't have access to discuss your buy now pay later account so you are advised to contact the provider directly.

Amending Your Order

You can cancel your order only if it has not yet been dispatched.

  • If your order has already been dispatched in good faith, it will be treated as a return under our Returns Policy.
  • To cancel, please contact us immediately via email at hello@newbabyhamper.com

Once a refund has been processed, please allow 3–5 working days for the funds to appear in your account (this can vary by payment provider).

Discount and Voucher Codes

From time to time, we may offer discount or voucher codes and there may be special terms that apply to them when you use them.

  • Codes are valid for online transactions only.
  • Codes cannot usually be used in conjunction with any other offer, unless stated otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to end or extend promotions at any time and without notice.
  • Discount codes are intended for retail customers purchasing one or more items and are not valid for wholesale, bulk or resale environments.
  • A fair usage policy may apply.

Sometimes we offer larger discounts when you meet a minimum basket value or quantity.

We always aim to show the key terms on any promotional email or campaign, but the full terms and exclusions on our website take priority.

Liability

Our maximum liability in connection with any order will not exceed:

  • the total value of the order, plus
  • the delivery cost of the service you selected at checkout.

We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses (such as loss of enjoyment of an event, missed occasions, or loss of business) arising from delayed or non-delivery, save where such liability cannot be limited under applicable law.
