Check your tracking to get the latest delivery update, occasionally items can be delayed by the delivery company which is unfortunately out of our control. Our team will have access to the same information as you.

For weekday deliveries we use DPD on a Next Day service.
For weekend deliveries we use Royal Mail
For orders to Highlands, Islands and Isle of White we always use Royal Mail
Yes, you can do this via the DPD or Royal Mail website when your order is on the way. We can't accept responsibility for missing parcels if you choose this delivery method.
